| Note | Jean (pronounced 'Shaun' for want of those that could never get that it was meant to be French for 'John') died on 13 March 1996 and actually in the UK. He left Australia in November 1985 to go back to the UK as they wouldn't operate on him in Australia as he didn't have permanent residency - he'd developed cardiomyopathy 5 years before and needed a heart transplant. He died during the surgery. |
