Note | Alfred Thomas Edgell, was known as Alf, and was a boilermaker by trade. When his 2nd son Ronald Henry Edgell came to N.Z. to be married , Alf and Ann Edgell, emmigrated too, travelling by sea on the S.S. Gothic, with their eldest son Tom, and his wife Kit, and daughter Yvonne. They finally settled in Hamilton Where Tom entered the Hotel Trade, having the lease of the Whata Whata Hotel. Alf and Ann stayed in Hamilton until they died, both being cremated at Hamilton Park Cemetery. . |
